Aphrodite Hills
Secluded in the resort on one of the islands dramatic cliffs, this villa offers the ultimate escape while providing all you require to enjoy your stay. The newly built and superbly appointed privately owned luxury villa incorporates two hundred and fifty square meters of living area, overlooking the Aphrodite Hills golf course and out to sea, beyond the coastline of Paphos and the legendary birth place of Aphrodite. Probably the best designed, best appointed villa on Aphrodite Hills.
Lounge
The open plan lounge/diner is a spacious area at the rear of the villa overlooking the patio & vanishing edge pool. The lounge area incorporates a beautiful leather suite comfortably accommodating ten people. The double height lounge area creates a marvelous spacious atmosphere. The dining room has a beautiful table, which accommodates up to ten people for an excellent dining experience.
Patio
The main patio, which is very spacious leads off the lounge and dining area and enjoys stunning views of the pool and surrounding areas. There is plentiful seating in this area, which also accommodates a superb barbeque for those wonderful Cypriot evenings. We have sun loungers around the pool and on various balconies
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen has all modern facilities, which includes oven, hob and top of the range dishwasher. It is excellently equipped with all cooking utensils and has beautiful granite work surfaces, which are all well appointed for meals to be prepared. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, ice maker and fruit blender.
Cinema Room
On the lower floor is a stunning Cinema room, which has been built specifically to optimise the DVD system. With a big screen, great selection of films this has to be the ultimate in home entertainment.
Bedrooms
The villa has six spacious double bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities. Five of the bedrooms can either be used as double rooms or with the benefit of zip and link double beds can accommodate ten singles. So the villa can comfortably accommodate six couples or ten singles with a master double bedroom. All beds are of the highest quality with orthopedic mattresses to give you that perfect night's sleep. The bedrooms have ample storage, with wardrobes, side cabinets and draws in the base of the beds. Three of the bedrooms have their own private balconies whilst the other three on the lower level access directly onto the spectacular swimming pool area.
Swimming Pool
Our 13 by 6 meter pool is fully heated (heating extra) with automatic pool cover. Overlooking the pool enjoying spectacular views is a very impressive hot tub. Imported directly from Canada, it comfortably seats six people and has a water capacity of over 1500L. Being positioned above the pool it has spectacular views across the gorge and out to sea. This beast of a hot tub incorporates over 40 jets and without question is the Ferrari in the hot tub business. We challenge anybody in Cyprus to better it! The pool area also has a patio/seating area and a plentiful sun-bathing terrace. for the pool heat the price is GBP 400.00 per week. The temp will be 25 deg c or higher
Laundry
On the lower level we have a powerful washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Sunbathing
On the upper level leading off from the upstairs area there is a purpose built sunbathing area. This area is secluded and private and benefits from a 360-degree view of the whole of Aphrodite Hills, which extends all the way down to Paphos together with the whole of the coastline.
Lighting/sound System
The whole of the villa internally and externally, has a full lutron lighting system which controls all the lighting together with music and sound which incorporates speakers in many of the rooms, patio and pool area. This latest technology without question puts this villa in a league of its own. Your Ipod can be plugged into this music system.
WI-FI
Secured Wi-Fi is available through out the Villa and on the patio areas. There is also a PC with Printer and scanner in the lounge area.
Location
The location of our villa is close to the clubhouse and adjacent to hole number two of the now famous Aphrodite Hills Championship Golf course. It is within walking distance of the clubhouse, tennis centre, spa and gym. We also benefit from being within a five-minute walk of the new Intercontinental Hotel. This combined with being a fifteen-minute drive from Paphos airport, twenty minutes from Paphos town centre and an hour and fifteen minutes from Larnaca without question, makes this villa one of the best appointed in Cyprus.
