Stays of less than 7 nights divided by 6 to find daily rate. Changeover day for weekly lets is a Saturday. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Pool heating is charged at £400.00 per week. Payment for pool heating must be paid at the time of Final Balance to our UK Account.
